I started having reflexology with Elaine while trying for a baby in 2006. I loved the sessions. They really helped me to relax and unwind, and left me feeling full of energy. It was really convenient as well that Elaine came to my house.  A couple of months after I had started having reflexology regularly I was told that it was unlikely that I would ever conceive because of high FSH level. Despite this I continued to have reflexology with Elaine who remained really positive and concentrated the sessions on that area. In December 06 I was amazed and overjoyed to find out I was pregnant. I continued with the sessions throughout my pregnancy stopping two weeks before my daughter was born. I had an easy pregnancy and was only in labour for about 5 hours.

I would definitely recommend reflexology and Elaine to anyone trying for a baby. I plan to have regular sessions again when we try for baby number two

I received reflexology from Elaine. She came highly recommended from some colleagues; and I can honestly say she has the most calming energy about her. Before she even administered the therapy I found myself in a very calm and relaxed frame of mind.

I found her to be a  very caring, pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about her work.

She pointed out some health issues  she thought I may be suffering from  and she was spot on, the symptoms of which have subsided  since my treatment , may I add.
