We have a conscious mind and an unconscious mind and they are both very clever. The unconscious mind, or the higher self as I like to call it, protects us, it holds our dreams, it keeps us safe. Often that still, small voice or feeling that you get before saying or doing something is your higher self nudging you. Its very queit and comes in quickly. Real or imagined? Whether you believe that we have lived before or whether its your higher self allowing you to view a 'story' to help you with a dilemma that you may have in this life, its a very interesting journey.
